Today there is one way to buy: in person. The other two — the 48-hour protected purchase and Verified by Damji — are ready but not open yet. Here is what each one covers, and which one you can use right now.

Damjitech today

Today, on Damjitech, every deal closes in person: you list for free, you talk in the chat, you meet, you check the phone and you pay the seller by hand. Damjitech verifies the IMEI of the listings that provide one, but it does not take payments yet, does not hold money and does not ship anything. Protected purchase, shipping and verification in a centre will come in a second phase.

How the 48-hour protected purchase will work (not open yet)

Not open yet: today you cannot pay or ship through Damjitech. This is how it will work once it opens.

1
Pick a device and order it for delivery.
2
You pay: Damjitech collects and holds the money. The seller is not paid yet.
3
The seller ships the device. Add the Verified by Damji option at checkout if it should go through a centre.
4
You receive the device and have 48 hours to check it matches the listing.
5
Something wrong? Open an issue: 48 hours to agree with the seller, otherwise Damjitech decides.
6
All good, or 48 hours pass with no issue: Damjitech releases the payment to the seller.

What it costs, and who pays

Meeting in person — 0 DH: No commission and no fees, on either side. It is also the only route with no protection: Damjitech does not hold the payment and arbitrates nothing.
Selling — no commission at launch: Today nobody pays Damjitech anything, neither the buyer nor the seller: the seller keeps the full price. That is the launch rule, not a permanent commitment: if it changes, it will be written here before it applies.
Protected purchase — 5 DH + 2,5 % of the total (once open): Minimum 10 DH, capped at 250 DH whatever the device costs. This is what funds the 48-hour window and the arbitration if you open an incident. The exact amount shows before you pay, never after.
Verified by Damji — 149 DH (once open): Optional, paid by the buyer. Over 100 check points by a technician, the verification certificate that comes with it, and the 14-day Damji warranty.

If you are not comfortable with technology

Nothing to install: everything works from the phone's browser. The app exists, it is not required.
The site is in French, Arabic and English — and the Arabic reads right to left, not half-translated.
One price: the listing's, which you pay the seller by hand. Today, no fees, no subscription, no commission.
To post a listing, one question per screen: the category, then the brand, then the model from a list. Never a whole form at once.
