How Damji Protection works

Release of funds

Your payment is held in escrow. It is only released to the seller after the technical check at the Damji point and a 48-hour inspection window on delivery. If everything matches, you confirm and the funds are released; with no action from you they release automatically when the 48 hours end.

Claims

Something wrong? Open a dispute from the order during the 48-hour inspection window. The Damji team reviews the evidence (photos, IMEI, technical report) and decides before any funds are released.

Returns and refund

If the device does not match the listing or the check, it goes back to the seller via the Damji point and you are refunded. In case of non-conformity, return costs are not on you.

Outside protection

An in-person handoff outside the Damji point is not covered: no escrow, no refund, no warranty. To be protected, choose delivery or verified pickup at the Damji point.
